It’s crucial to clarify that your order processing times are separate from shipping times:
All Standard shipping orders orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Express shipping delivery orders have a delivery time of 2 working days. Prices are as mentioned on product pages and are subject to change by Astrophilia Education and it's authorized signatories.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Pre-order details and information for specific and new products will be available on the product shop pages.
Shipping fees are as per a flat rate and are product specific. These details are displayed on the product specific shipping information sections.
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated accordingly and displayed at checkout.
If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
To return your product, send us an email containing the order number, proof of purchase and reason for return. We will provide you with an address. Return shipping costs are borne by the you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
